I looked at lots of properties before deciding on this one.
The size of the rooms were good, I loved the kitchen/ diner and the fact that the gardens behind will never be built on; so I was guaranteed a nice view from my garden.
The stream to the rear is also lovely and lots of my neighbours spend many hours on their private patios enjoying watching it running past and the nature it brings.
My neighbours are lovely and since being here I have added the shower and re-fitted the kitchen.
It's been a great cottage and I hope the next owners will love it.
