I purchased this property approximately 12 years ago. The initial intention was to purchase this for our daughter who was working at the Port of Dover so we wanted somewhere near by. In the last five years I have rented the property out and it has been a great investment. Since the tenant has left I have painted and re-decorated throughout as well as laid new carpets.

What we really liked about this property compared to others when we bought this was that it had a garage to the rear which is rare to find as well as it catered for all the space that my daughter required for extra storage.
