We brought this house 15 years ago as we already knew the area well as my husband grew up here and we knew it to be a good location. With spacious rooms and the amount of light that came in was a big thing for me. Given my husband didn’t drive it has been an ideal place for him to walk into town and to the local pub. I have often got the high speed train up to Stratford for shopping as the station is only a short walk away.

The back garden is a real sun trap up to the point that I have even had an outside shower installed so I can cool off when the sun gets too hot.
