This was my first time of buy and, compared to many other houses that I viewed, I thought the space was excellent. I particularly liked the kitchen/diner and thought it was a big plus.
The property, being over three floors, is great as after a nice Sunday roast you can leave all the washing up on the kitchen side and go upstairs to the lounge and forget about it. Well at least until you make that cup of tea.
The area is very nice and you can walk easily into River to enjoy the pub or, if you are a bit more adventurous, you can walk to Kearsney Abbey to feed the ducks and just unwind in beautiful surroundings.
