We can honestly say it has been one of the quietest roads we have ever lived in. The great thing is that you get hardly any through traffic as we are tucked away here. Being so close to town was really handy as we could take a nice walk down and be at the shops within 10 minutes. Also the station is within walking distance, perfect for when we needed it.
The main thing that caught our eye, when we moved in, was the character throughout. It has a really nice cottage feel. Also the downstairs has 2 reception rooms, making it all very cosy.
