I have found this a friendly and quiet place to live. It has a peaceful semi-rural feel about it, yet it's well served for transport links to Crawley and further afield. The nearby bus service is excellent and runs 24 hours a day to Gatwick Airport, there are frequent trains to London and the coast, and the road links are good with easy access to the M23 and A23.

The house has been maintained and improved to create a neutral modern decor and both the kitchen and bathroom were refitted about five years ago. The garden is secluded and a great place to entertain with a barbecue.
