It has been fifty years since I have been living here which is a long time and it has been a great home. My parents only lived a few doors down so I grew up in this area and the opportunity came up to buy this place so it was like coming back home to my roots.
I really fell in love with the size and the homely feeling it had from the moment I walked through the front door, which still remains up to this day. All of my neighbours are quite friendly which certainly helps.
I have made changes to the property over the years, but there is still an opportunity for the new buyers to add their personal touch.
