Wow! The last 30 years has really flown by!

What really attracted us to this place is the size both internally and externally along with the central location. All the amenities are within touching distance, so if we needed a last minute pint of milk then it is no hassle whatsoever.

The living area is also quite social and perfect when we have visitors.

We have done our best to update and maintain our home to a very good standard, but we have also kept it relatively neutral so very easy to change.

It has been a happy home and we do hope the new buyers will feel the same.
