We felt like we had a good a deal at the time in comparison to some of the other properties we looked at. The place was a bit of a mess when we purchased it in 2008 and we have renovated it on a couple of occasions to suit our needs. Having two toilets certainly enhanced the appeal of the property, the main bathroom is more like an en suite, so even when we have visitors they can still use the downstairs toilet so the upstairs remains private.

In the last few months we have done a complete renovation of the property from top to bottom so it is like brand new now. It has served us really well as a family, but it is now time to move on and we do hope the new buyers enjoy it as much as we have.
