We have really enjoyed the ten years we have lived here. Our two children have spent many happy weekends and holidays playing in the park opposite and we enjoy our walks along the river to the ponds.

Location wise it’s brilliant, with all the fantastic amenities that Carshalton village has to offer, including the recently refurbished Westcroft leisure centre, which has been great for afternoons swimming with the children.

It’s time for us to move on but we will leave many fond memories of our time here.
