We moved here approximately 18 years ago, at the time location was very important as my wife did not drive and she also studied at university, so everything needed to be within walking distance. This was exactly the right property for us as it was both light and spacious and compared to everything else we saw that had downstairs bathrooms, this had a downstairs shower room as well as an upstairs bathroom. We have since had two children who go to the local primary school and as they are now growing older we are now looking to upsize to a bigger property.
