I have let this property out over the last few years and it has been a perfect investment. I was first attracted to the location of where this house was, it is so quiet down here and no one needs to come down this road unless they are visiting someone. Also, everything you need is just around the corner in the village, so it couldn't be easier to do some shopping or run sum errands.
The house itself is in good condition ready for someone to move in. All they would need to so is change things to their own person taste.
Whoever buys here will be getting a fantastic little house in a wonderful location.
