We originally bought the house as a young professional couple and it is the ideal place to live for that type of person because its so close to Southsea night life. Going out for drinks or a bit of dinner is easy as you can just walk to where you need to go and leave the car at home.
After a while we outgrew the property and moved to something bigger, but decided to keep it and rent it out and it has acted as a fantastic investment ever since.
