When I bought this house I was a first time buyer. I loved the idea of having an open plan kitchen and living space which I felt created a lovely atmosphere especially when entertaining family and friends, or having a BBQ in the good sized garden. We certainly spend a lot of time outside and it's nice having the patio decking and the lawn. Having the rear access is also really handy.

Our neighbours have always been friendly but never interfering. I will definitely miss the neighbourhood atmosphere.
