This is our first home and it has served us well. We were first attracted to the quiet off road location.

The first enhancement that we made was replacing the kitchen, then we decorated throughout and re-designed the garden.

It is lovely being so close to the Singleton lake if we fancy a walk or want to get some fresh air. Or if we want to walk into town a pleasant stroll through Victoria Park will soon see us in the town centre.

Our neighbours have always been friendly without being intrusive and we will miss the quiet neighbourhood.
