DIRECTIONS
From Liskeard office proceed out onto the easterly A38 heading for Plymouth until reaching the Trerulefoot roundabout. At the roundabout take the second turning onto the A374 signposted ‘Torpoint’. Follow this road through the village of Polbathic and proceed along by the river creek until you see a turning to the right, B3247 signposted ‘Crafthole’. Proceed up the hill into the village keeping to the left. Turn left in the village and go past the village shop on the right hand side where the property is marked as ‘Wren Cottage’ and will be identified by a Kivells for sale board.
