Agency Fees - £150.00 per applicant over the age of 18, Company Applications £350 +VAT. We do not charge an Inventory or Checkout Fees. Renewal Fee £60 where applicable.

Reservation Fees – The reservation fee is the same amount as the monthly rent.

Application Process - Once we are in receipt of the form, agency and reservation fee, photographic I.D and proof of address we will then consider the property let subject to satisfactory references and contract.

Money Laundering Regulations – Prospective tenants will be asked to produce identification documentation during the referencing process and we would ask for your co-operation in order that there will be no delay in agreeing a tenancy.

Listing – Photographs are displayed for general information, it must not be inferred that any item is included as part of the rental. References to fixtures, fittings and furnishings listed cannot be taken as a matter of fact and any prospective tenant should seek to verify these prior to reservation. You should make your own enquiries regarding the property, particularly in respect of furnishings to be included / excluded and what parking facilities are available.
