When I originally bought this house, I instantly loved the look of it from the outside as it had character and yet it was modern inside. The open plan conservatory flowed really well from the kitchen and it was such a great space for entertaining.
Having the off road parking to the rear of the house was important to me and given the garden is such a good size, we would often sit outside in the summer with friends and we would enjoy an occasional BBQ. We also have a Summer House with electricity which we used so much and will be including in the sale.
I moved to Herne Bay for work and have now decided to buy in the area.
