We came across this property ten years ago when we were looking to move out of Horsham to buy a home together in a quieter and more peaceful location, but still with excellent transport links (provided by the A24).
The property needed fully refurbishing when we moved in, but we could see the potential in moving the existing bathroom upstairs which in turn provided us with good space to put in a brand new kitchen/dining area. We liked the size of bedroom one and the outside space was perfect for us.
