Eden Road is considered by many as one of the best roads in Walthamstow Villag. If you don't know the area, then here are a few reasons as to why:- there are fantastic links into Walthamstow Central, where you can hop on the tube into the city and can be in Oxford Street in approximately 20 minutes. The British Rail line into Liverpool Street and the bus station with a vast number of routes going all around London and the South East.

Walthamstow Village itself, an area packed with very good places to eat, good bars and boutique shops. On the weekends, the pavements are buzzing with packed tables and chairs outside the different places to eat. Everyone seems to be chilled out and having a good time.

While in the town centre, you can visit the FAMOUS East-End market, in fact the longest street market in Europe. There are long rows of open air stalls and it is quite an experience on a busy market day where you have all the stall holders shouting out their own bargains of the day, the smell of cooked food from many of the open air snack bars and the sound of all the different styles of music bellowing up the road. For more of a modern shopping experience, you can wander into The Mall. A modern air conditioned shopping centre with all the big names we know and love. We have an Empire multi-screen cinema which has recently opened alongside Nando's, Turtle Bay, Pizza Express and the Smoke House Grill, E17 is the place to be!

I moved here 5 years ago as I wanted a period house in east London, which offered a good quality of life. The village is quiet, yet well-connected for public transport and major roads ( A12 , North Circular,  M25 ) and offers access to Epping Forest (an ancient woodland) and surrounding countryside. 
Built in the 1860s, Eden Grove were the first houses on Eden Road. My house has one of the largest private gardens, a driveway, and rear access. The rear garden is peaceful, not overlooked, and comes with a cherry plum and apple tree. The house has been sympathetically modernised yet retaining many of the original features.
I have enjoyed living here, and will be sorry to leave.
