Eden Road is considered by many as one of the best roads in Walthamstow Villag. For more of a modern shopping experience, you can wander into The Mall. A modern air conditioned shopping centre with all the big names we know and love. We have an Empire multi-screen cinema which has recently opened alongside Nando's, Turtle Bay, Pizza Express and the Smoke House Grill, E17 is the place to be!

I moved here 5 years ago as I wanted a period house in east London, which offered a good quality of life. The village is quiet, yet well-connected for public transport and major roads ( A12 , North Circular,  M25 ) and offers access to Epping Forest (an ancient woodland) and surrounding countryside. 
Built in the 1860s, Eden Grove were the first houses on Eden Road. My house has one of the largest private gardens, a driveway, and rear access. The rear garden is peaceful, not overlooked, and comes with a cherry plum and apple tree. The house has been sympathetically modernised yet retaining many of the original features.
I have enjoyed living here, and will be sorry to leave.
