I was renting a house locally but wanted my own house for myself and my daughter. I wanted to stay in Southwater as I love the village and liked the idea of finding a property that I could really put my own stamp on. When I came to see this house it was very dated and needed a lot of attention which was exactly what I wanted so I wasted no time in securing it. The renovations were carried out professionally before I moved in. When I moved in it was exactly how I wanted it to be and worked perfectly for me and my daughter. She has moved out now and I have decided to move to the coast but will be very sad to leave all that hard work behind and hope someone appreciates it as much as I do.
