Property description

Situated within walking distance of the beautiful Kentish village of Smarden. This gem of a property is in such a convenient yet pretty location, with stunning views across fields – this wonderful country lifestyle could be yours, if you’re quick enough! The kitchen is the heart of every home and this is no exception as located off the living room, it allows direct access to the garden. This is the perfect space to cook up a storm and invite guests round for dinner or refill your wine and host a summer party. There is a utility room hidden away conveniently and this is perfect for hiding away noisy appliances but could be turned into a downstairs loo as the drainage is set up and ready to go! Head into the lounge where you are greeted by beautiful original floor boards and high ceilings. Light and space is the theme in this room but for the winter months get the fire up and running and create a wonderful cosy feel. Take your pick between two double bedrooms! Both rooms are of a good size but the master bedroom is a huge space and is big a enough to create a separate dressing room – Perfect for those who need storage or simply love clothes! When you are not admiring the views, relaxing in the garden, storing your new purchases or sitting by the fire – Soak away life’s stresses in your Jacuzzi bath and if not and you’re in a hurry jump into the separate shower! This property really does need to be viewed to fully appreciate the village in which it is located, the accommodation on offer and the overall charm and ambiance.

What the Owner says:

When I was looking to move to the area I fell in love with Smarden village and knew that this would be the place for me! Choosing the village was the easy part but finding a home of this size within walking distance was hard as they very seldom come to the market!
I was very lucky as I was one of the first to view and I snapped it up straight away!
I love the summer in the garden and the beautiful views. In the winter the property is so cosy it is a lovely place to call home.
The parking is to the rear and there is also plenty of space to park to the front.
