We have been incredibly happy at this property and will be very sad to leave Mill Lane. It is a fantastic area with so many lovely walks and places to visit. We also love cycling on Route 88 and having Sidlesham quay and the Crab and Lobster so close is amazing.

The cottage is filled with character and has a lovely cosy feel. The garden is a great suntrap and the summer house is a wonderful retreat, we often eat our breakfast there.

We also love how close it is to Chichester centre, it only takes about 10 minutes by car.
