Location and style were two of the main reasons I purchased this house. It is surprisingly spacious, still has some of its original character features and being tucked away behind the High Street, it is quiet but still only a stone's throw away from the ambience that the many cafe's, bars and restaurants provide; not forgetting the beach which never loses its charm. Being so close to the train station is very convenient; the fast link trains ensure you can to London in super fast time. One thing I never took advantage of was landscaping the rear garden up to the land boundary which extends all the way to the top of the cliff, from which there are beautiful sea views.
