We have lived here for 25 happy years and will be sad to leave. The neighbours are so friendly and the area is ideal in so many ways, in fact even our family is going to miss this house!
Our garden is the main thing we will miss as we have enjoyed creating it from scratch and spent a lot of time relaxing and making the most of it. If we could, we genuinely would take the garden with us.
Location is important to us and we were first drawn to this property by the convenience of the bus service and the closeness to the South Downs. Families will be pleased to see that schools for all stages are within walking distance too. The house is also situated on the level which can be quite unusual in Mile Oak!
