Property description
HomeXperts Sutton & Cheam are pleased to offer for sale a well presented 2 bedroom link semi-detached Victorian cottage in the highly desirable college area of Epsom.
Set amongst a stretch of period Victorian homes and a quaint local pub in Pikes Hill, the deceptively sized property features open plan reception rooms with an exposed brick chimney breast from the entrance dividing the lounge and dining area. The double doors under the stairs open into a 5ft deep cupboard space with a smaller built in unit beside utilising space for storage.

The garden also benefits from having a separate access via a secured rear gate.
The spindled stairs from the dining area lead to a second double bedroom overlooking the garden, a spacious bathroom from the hall with a recess feature inset above the bath and the master bedroom to the front with access to loft space for storage, a built in cupboard and period style drawers built into the walls adding to the properties unique charm and character.

OWNER OPINION
The property ticked every box for us as was Victorian style so a little quirky with character and within walking distance to the station and town. There's a real community here and we're often in the neighbouring pub for its food, friendly local atmosphere and can take our little one with us. Our home has provided for all our needs with good size rooms and our own garden but with another child on the way, we need to find a larger home within the area.
