Head out of Beccles town centre via Blyburgate. Take the third left onto Ingate. At the traffic lights turn right into Ellough Rd. Take the third right into Coney Hill and the second left into Queen Elizabeth Drive and then the first left onto Petit Couronne way. The property can be found in the cul-de-sac.
