Property description
Set in a peaceful location but within easy reach of both Peacehaven and Newhaven town centres, this popular development bordering some spectacular countryside is always in demand.
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a family friendly area that's safe for the children to play out in and being a no through road means there's minimal traffic on the close.
Tucked away and elevated up from the road, the heart of this home sits at the back of the house, where you can rest upstairs in the bright, yet peaceful lounge with your patio doors wide open, listen to the breeze sway through the grass on the fields right behind your garden gate! This setting makes it ideal for dog walkers, keen ramblers and curious children who can run along the edge of the field to the trees and explore the woods beyond.
Downstairs, the kitchen offers brilliant space to rustle up some home cooked treats, and sits alongside the dining room conversion, perfect for a dining table or comfy sofa and ideal for entertaining guests or just sharing a meal with the family.
With two ample bedrooms and a modern bathroom this lovely family home is ready to move into.
What the Owner says:
I bought this house seven years ago because of its sunny garden, its location in a quiet cul-de-sac and its direct access to the farmland and woods beside the golf course, where my lurcher Milly has enjoyed many happy chases with other dogs!
With the sea on one side and the South Downs on two sides, Newhaven is a great place to live for both young families and retired folk like me.
My partner and I have been very happy here. We're only moving because an elderly friend has come to live with us and he can't cope with the stairs. We're looking to stay in this area in a bungalow.
