From Kivells Liskeard office, proceed out of the town centre through “The Parade” passing Barclays Bank on your right continue ahead at the min-roundabout onto Greenbank Road. Proceed through the traffic lights, ahead at the mini-roundabout and then immediate left turning at the following roundabout onto St Cleer Road B3254 signposted “Launceston”. Proceed out of the town and after a mile take the left turning signposted St Cleer. Continue along this road for approximately 1.5 miles and continue into the village of St Cleer. Proceed past the church and out of the village, at the T Junction turn left signposted Bodmin. Continue along this road for approximatley 1.5 miles passing through “Redgate” and then turn left signposted “Great Fursnewth”. Follow this lane into the hamlet and proceed past Great Fursnewth Farmhouse and take the last turning on the left which is a right of way to the rear of the barn where “The roundhouse can be found and is identified by a Kivells “for sale” board.
