When we viewed this house, even though it needed complete renovation it did not put us off.
We loved the cottage style appearance and, as it was within walking distance to Gravesend town and railway station, it suited us perfectly as we both commuted to London.
It also had a big driveway and, even though the kerb onto the road has not been 'dropped' it has not stopped us parking our cars safely.
The house is unrecognisable from when we moved in as we have carried out all the major works so the new owners should not have to worry about any maintenance for many years to come.
