When I moved here fifteen years ago it was important that the next home was still in a quiet semi-rural location. In the surrounding villages every property I viewed was far too small. I loved the fact that Eythorne is semi-rural but you do not feel too isolated with plenty of amenities within easy reach.

The property was already in good condition when purchased and the decor has been changed by personal taste. More recently the bathroom has been converted into a wet-room. I am now looking to down-size to a property still in a village location.
