When we first came to look at the house, we were mesmerised by the homely feel it possessed. The character just pounces on you as soon as you get through the door and makes it feel so welcome.

We spend a lot of time in the kitchen as it's such a great size. We have our dining table in here still leaving plenty of work space to cook. The lounge area is great for relaxing but the kitchen is the best for entertaining.

We love the location as it's convenient for many amenities but also not right in the middle of everything. With schools, local shops and the Ashdown Forest not far away, there's not much more we have needed.
