The property was in a bit of a state when I first saw it. The previous owners had lived here over forty years and it was very old fashioned so I set about transforming it.
I re-rendered the exterior, replaced the back boiler and ripped out the wood cladding, re-plastered, the electrics have been checked through and the central heating has been replaced.
Indeed I enjoyed living here for several years until my work forced me to relocate so I rented the property out. I have always found the area a wonderful place to live and the neighbours friendly but now is the time to sell and I am sure the owners will love it too.
