When I was looking to buy a property in Brighton this house was the second property I had seen. I really liked the idea of having a house for the same price as some flats and the location is second to none. Being a gated mews gives a really safe and secure feeling to the house.
Although I am right by the sea and shops at Churchill Square and the Laines are easy to reach, you wouldn't believe how quiet and tranquil it is in the house, you feel a million miles away. There is no chain at my end and although I'm excited to be moving, I will miss my home and I really hope my buyer is just as happy as I have been over the past 15 years living here!
