Having owned my property for some 13 years I can honestly say this is a great place to live. The location is superb with most of the amenities only a short walk away.

In more recent years I have rented the house out and it has proved to be hugely popular, never taking very long to let. Part of the reason is the proximity to the station although the amount of space on offer plays a part too.

I'll be sad to sell in some ways but circumstances change and I'll also be glad to know that the new owners will enjoy the house as much as I have.
