Non-refundable tenant application and referencing fees apply, which includes 1 reference, inventory compilation, Tenancy Agreement compilation, check in/out fees and initial administration fees.

 £150.00 + Vat = £180.00 for the first tenant.

 £50.00 + Vat = £60.00 for each subsequent tenant and/or guarantor.

All tenants over 18 must be referenced.

These fees are in addition to the Deposit and Monthly Rent.

If pet/s are accepted,an additional £200.00 deposit is required.

A tenant fee structure information sheet is available in the office and is supplied at viewing or before you apply for a tenancy.
