Enter the dining room to your left, the ceiling has been vaulted and continues through the Lounge and Kitchen making full use of the height and really enhancing the feeling of space and light through the whole area

Eclectic and traditional styling are mixed to striking effect to create the inviting ambience of this lodge, using warm solid oak furniture, soft tactile chenille upholstery and bold stylish colours combined with large windows, glazed internal French doors and skylights .

A modern kitchen is accessed from the Dining Room through a large walk through opening and features high gloss kitchen base units and top lockers with under locker lighting. High specification integrated appliances are used throughout and also included is a double eye level oven. Close attention has been paid to the amount of storage and there is an abundance of cupboards, pull out larders and workspace. Warm terracotta tones offset the cream cupboards resulting in a kitchen that is both functional and stylish. A utility area is neatly tucked away around the corner of the kitchen.

In the full width cross Lounge there are three large windows, a pair of French doors and angled panoramic corner windows making the best of any view. A contemporary fireplace and surround provide a focal point for the room.

Both the family bathroom and the en suite have fully tiled walls and floors and are decorated in natural colours with a coordinating border tile. Each has a vanity unit and cabinet with an integrated shaver point and light . The bathroom has a P shaped bath with a shower over and a curved shower screen and the en-suite has a large shower pod.    

Rich oak and striking natural colours have been used in the bedrooms to create a relaxing atmosphere. The Master Bedroom has been designed to incorporate a large penthouse style walk in wardrobe and has ample hanging rails, cube shelving space and a full length mirror. Bedroom 2 includes a fully fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets and a dresser unit with drawers.

Chassis
Chassis are coated in an anti-corrosion protective paint in accordance with International Standard ISO 12944and BS3900:F4 1991.Fully welded using rolled steel channel 175mm x 50mm main longitudinal beams with 175mm x 50mm cross members and 95mm x 44 mm end bearers.Chassis has a detachable tow bar at each end making siting of the homes easier and includes a 50mm ball, hitch and jockey wheel assembly.Axle beam welded to main beam.Axle stands are provided for correct siting.

Floor
Cavity floor construction includes 120mm x 32mm high quality timber joists spaced at 400mm centres.Each bearer is bolted to the steel chassis.80mm fibreglass insulation, joist assembly then clad in 18mm tongue & groove moisture resistant flooring grade chipboard (plywood flooring optional extra).Cavity is completed underneath by fitting oil tempered hardboard sheathing.

Roof
Prefabricated roof trusses spaced at 600mm centres using 58mm x 44mm with vented side soffits, all manufactured in-house.Specially designed lightweight roofing system, (40 years manufactures warranty) fitted with a breathable membrane.250mm fibreglass insulation matt laid in roof space.Available in a choice of colours.

Exterior/Interior Walls & Ceilings for Residential Homes
Timber frame exterior construction using 72mm x 42mm high quality timbers spaced at 400mm centers.Cavity is filled with 50mm foiled backed low E frame fibreglass batts, the exterior framework is clad with 9mm WPB BB/CC plywood nailed, bonded, scrim taped and glued. Applied with two coats of primer.Exterior is finished with a specially formulated park home synthetic resin bonded aggregate coating system (Stucco).Internally the outer walls are clad with 12.5mm foil backed plasterboard making our homes warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer and helping the environment at the same time.Interior walls are 32mm timber framework with 9mm plasterboard fixed and glued to timber frame and decorated in pre-finished wallpaper in a colour of your choice.All ceiling panels are screwed and glued to roof trusses using 12.5mm plasterboard, decorated with wallpaper, painted with matt emulsion.

Exterior/Interior Walls & Ceilings for Leisure Lodges
Timber frame exterior construction using 72mm x 42mm high quality timbers spaced at 400mm centers.Cavity walls are filled with 50mm foiled backed low E frame fibreglass batts, the exterior framework is clad with 9mm WPB BB/CC plywood nailed, bonded, scrim taped and glued. A breathable membrane is then fitted, including a inset fly screen followed by a 9mm treated batten to create a 9mm air gap. This is then clad with a choice of exterior finishes.Exterior is finished in a choice of external claddings - Canexel, Timber Log Lap or Thermowood.Internally the outer walls are clad with 12.5mm foil backed plasterboard.Interior walls are 32mm timber framework with 9.5mm or 12.5mm plywood or plasterboard fixed and glued to timber frame and decorated in pre-finished wallpaper in a colour of your choice.All ceiling panels are screwed and glued to roof trusses using 12.5mm plasterboard and can be papered and painted or clad in a finish to suit your lodge style.Decorated with wallpaper, painted with matt emulsion.

Windows & Doors
uPVC double glazed windows and doors with energy efficient K glass fitted as standard. All with locking handles, night vent facility and internally glazed windows for that additional security as standard.We have a window for every home. All windows and doors are manufactured in-house and are available with a choice of colours and styles.

Electrics
All appliances supplied and fitted by Prestige are either A, AA or even AAA rated.Prestige complies with all current IEE regulations, using ring mains and feeding 13 amp power points with separate feed to lighting and auxiliary circuits.All circuits are wired for 230/250 volts AC single phase and a 50 cycle mains supply.Power distribution via 100 amp consumer unit and earth leakage trip fitted at mains input.

Central Heating Systems
Gas central heating is standard on all models using 'A' class combi condensing boilers (Oil, solid fuel and electric heating systems are available at extra cost).Hot and cold water is supplied directly from the mains through the combi boiler.All electrical and central heating installations are carried out by competent, qualified engineers.
