We bought the property off plan as it was in such a fantastic newly built block and coveted location, but was also so close to Sutton and the mainline train station which was helpful as worked in the City.

We loved the prestige as the development was so exclusive, so always felt very lucky to own the property – and have always found wonderful tenants in no time at all so it would be ideal for not just an owner-occupier but also an investor.

It will be sad to see it sell but know that the new owners will love it here.
