We have owned the property for many years now and bought the property as it was in such a fantastic block and coveted location, but was also so close to Sanderstead and Purley's mainline train stations which was helpful as I work in the City.
We love the community feel that the property gives us and as the development is so exclusive, we always felt very lucky to live here – especially as our family and friends were always so complementary!
