We bought it as new, back in 2006, for somewhere to escape to, well away from our places of work.

The need wasn't for anything large but something interesting for entertaining, if we had to.

The views were what did it for us. Chilling with a glass of fine wine and watching what the sea could throw up at any time. Nothing is the same.

Also being able to soak it all up by sitting, or standing out on the balcony.
