We have lived here since 2009, and having lived in Chigwell previously we knew this was a great location for transport and as a neighbourhood. The property was in dire need of updating when we moved in, so slowly but surely we have changed pretty much everything. We have laid new flooring, re-fitted the bathroom, put in a new driveway and more recently we have had a new boiler fitted. We had the garden landscaped and we have laid a patio which certainly gets more use in the warmer months, but it's a really nice space for us all to spend as a family.

This is actually a very quiet property as the double glazing does its job well and its a very nice place to live.
