Before buying this maisonette we viewed several but none of them offered as much space as this one did.
Having the loft space and the garage is a great bonus too.

On those sunnier days it is great to have somewhere to hang the washing. We own a share of the freehold which is great as it keeps resident’s costs down and we are in the process of extending the lease.

We have really enjoyed living here for the last 9 years but time has come now that we have a family that we would like a bit more outside space.
