I originally moved here quite a few years ago as my first ever home, I loved it because of the size! Life changed for me and I moved away, since then I have rented the property to a lovely family who have looked after it well.
This would make an ideal home for a young couple getting onto the ladder or even an existing homeowner looking to down size. Being tucked away down a quiet road there is only really the need to drive down here if you live here. The station and the high street are a five minute walk away, with a variety of shops, supermarkets and places to eat. There wouldn't really be a need to venture further afield however Sutton and Croydon are both a short journey away.
