I bought my property as a first purchase nearly three years ago and couldn’t have been happier with the size and location.
There are convenient local shops on the development but, I also liked the proximity to Maidstone town centre and the easy access to the M20. Notcutts Garden Centre is a short walk away and well worth a visit and there are many picturesque walks that can be found close by.
The location is great but I also liked having my own front door and no communal areas plus having my own garden and garage which was a real bonus compared to other flats in the price range.
