When I was looking for a home, the most important thing for me was to feel safe as I was on my own. This maisonette was perfect and I loved the space and the extra storage, as being on the first floor, the advantage of using the loft space was an added bonus.

Since I bought this property, I had a new boiler and central heating installed, which was about 3 years ago.

When I decided to move on, it was very easy to let this property out. The space, the storage and the location and being so close to motorways and shops is very attractive for any potential tenants and the lease is currently being extended to 99 years.
