I bought here at Sheppey Beach Villas over 7 years ago. I really wanted to find somewhere freehold but when you’re only looking for a small property they are a lot harder to come by. When I saw this it was ideal.

One of the things I love about the property is how close it is to the sea. I just simply walk out my door, just down the road and I’m on the beach. It’s great in the summer.

The balcony out the back is ideal when I have friends and family round, we can sit out there together having a drink while catching up.
