I bought this home almost 8 years ago after looking at several purpose built modern flats which were all too small. I chose this because of the large lounge/dining area and two double bedrooms. I also love the fact that the property came with an off street parking space at the front and a great sized rear garden.
The icing on the cake was the office/out-building which is extremely versatile. I also chose this home because of its location, being so close to Hornchurch Town Centre and Upminster Bridge shops and station.
