OWNERS COMMENTS As first time buyers we loved the fact that this property was newly built, maintenance free and was easy and economical to run. The property offered plenty of space for us, and having the en-suite shower room is brilliant for when guests stay over, as is the open plan lounge and kitchen area which gives us a great place to socialise with friends and family. It is a lovely, quiet area to live in, with friendly and considerate neighbours who have helped make living here such a pleasurable experience. We hope the new owners enjoy many happy years here as we have.
