The flat has been rented out for as long as I have owned the building but I have done work to modernise them all over the years. The position of the building is great for those who like a stroll along the sea and the flat has all the mod cons. Each flat has a separate front door so it’s all very private. Ideally it would be great if an investor bought the flat so my tenant can stay but it’s equally as nice for a holiday home or first time buy.
