This flat was actually owned by my grandparents so I've known it all my life. When I was trying to buy my first home my nan stepped in to help out and the flat became mine.
I've made quite a few changes over the last 10 years including updating the bathroom and kitchen and added three new radiators. I've had the boiler serviced every year and installed a Magnaclean to ensure the pipes remain lime scale free. There is also an immersion heater installed but I have never had to use it. I like belt and braces!
I think the location is great as it's so close to town and I love the size of the flat as well as the garden!
